MARLBOROUGH, MA – October 8, 2014 – Skinner is hosting an auction of Interiors, Dolls, and Collectibles – Online from Thursday, October 9th through Friday, October 17th. Bidders are invited to view all auction lots online or in person at the Skinner Marlborough Gallery on October 14th and 15th.

This online auction features American, European, and Asian decorative arts, artwork and furnishings as well as collections of German and French dolls, model trains, lithographed tin biscuit tins, ephemera and more. Previews, Catalog, and Bidding

All lots offered at Skinner are available to view online or in person, and specialists are available to answer questions, setting our auction house apart from internet-based auction companies. Previews for the Discovery – Online auction will be held on Tuesday, October 14th from noon to 5 p.m. and on Wednesday, October 15th from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. View driving directions.

View the catalog on the Skinner website at Log in or create an account to start bidding when the auction opens on Thursday, October 9th at 10 a.m. Lots begin closing on Friday, October 17th at 10 a.m. Each lot in the online catalog displays the current bid, asking bid, and time remaining in the auction, in addition to detailed images and condition information. Place a bid for the next bidding increment or place a maximum proxy bid. The system will automatically bid competitively up to that price. Experts are available throughout the auction to answer questions and provide additional information about the lots offered.
