MARLBOROUGH, MA – December 9, 2014 – Skinner is hosting The Holiday Auction in its Marlborough, MA Gallery on Thursday, December 18th at 10:00 a.m. and an online only auction of Jewelry, Silver & Textiles with bidding open from December 11th through the 19th. Both auctions may be viewed in person at the Marlborough Gallery on December 16th and 17th or online starting December 11th.

The Holiday Auction features George III, Classical Arts & Crafts and Mid-Century Modern furniture, Asian works of art, Moorcroft pottery and English and French ceramics.  The online only auction brims with Louis Vuitton luggage, Hermes scarves and handbags, American and European silver flatware and hollowware for the table, Edwardian, Art Deco, Art Nouveau emerald, sapphire, ruby, and diamond jewelry, along with signed and stamped pieces by Matthew Campbell, Laurenza, Lalaounis, and John Hardy.
