A special exhibition celebrating artist Terry Albright

Skinner is proud to host an exhibition of works by Massachusetts artist Terry Albright in our Boston Gallery, from July 30th through August 14th.

So You Know… showcases select sculptures from the past thirty-five years of Terry Albright’s career. Her work is focused on the natural world, extracting material and inspiration from plant fibers, branches, bark fragments, and gourds.  The non-figurative, biomorphic sculptures she creates resonate intimately with the materials from which they were made.

An alumna of the Massachusetts College of Art and Design, Terry has exhibited her work both nationally and internationally and is currently represented by the Barbara Krakow Gallery in Boston.

Works shown will be from private collections and other work will be available for sale. All proceeds will be donated to the Massachusetts College Art and Design or Artists for Humanity as a way of acknowledging the role both organizations play in developing creativity and training artists. Patrons may choose to have their purchases benefit either student scholarships at the Massachusetts College of Art and Design or Artists for Humanity.
