Robin S.R. Starr – Director of American & European Works of Art will be on-hand to evaluate paintings, prints, sculpture, and photography for upcoming live auctions. She is looking forward to seeing examples by listed, sought-after artists, as well as iconic works of fine art photography from the 19th through 21st centuries, with market interest over $1000. In the current market, Post-War and Contemporary Art is particularly strong.

Sam Gilliam (American, b. 1933) Yellow Fan-White Float (Sold for $267,000 on January 26, 2018)

Kaitlin Shinnick – Senior Specialist of Fine Jewelry will be appraising Fine Jewelry, Antique Jewelry, Gemstones and watches.  The Fine Jewelry Department regularly holds four auctions yearly and are actively seeking consignments of Fine Jewelry.  Whether antique or contemporary, Kaitlin is excited to have the opportunity to evaluate and possibly consign your luxury goods.

Sapphire and Diamond Ring (Sold for $86,100 on May 15, 2018)

Judith Dowling – Director of Asian Works of Art will be seeking Ceramics, metalware, and paintings from China, Japan, and Southeast Asia for the upcoming live auction in the Fall. The region’s history of trade with China in the 18th & 19th century and Japan in the late 19th century have led to local auction finds for desirable examples.

LaGina Austin – For those with anything and everything which may not fit the above Specialty Departments, bring your items in to see our Generalist this month LaGina Austin, Director of Appraisal and Auction Services.
