Four George III Sterling Silver Candlesticks with Wooden Case, Sheffield, c. 1796, John Green, Roberts, Mosley & Co., makers, each ovular with an urn-form sconce on a tapering stem terminating in flared weighted foot, monogrammed at base, ht. 11 1/4 in., in a partitioned wooden case.
Estimate $800-1,200
Overall good condition. One bobeche dented so it no longer fits snug onto candlestick. Three of the the four bobeches scratched and slightly dented. Otherwise no significant dents, bends, or scratches to the candlestick bodies.
