Label from Clayton-Liberatore Art Gallery, Bridgehampton, New York, affixed to the stretcher. Further information on the artist also noted on a masking tape label across the top of the stretcher, which further notes that the painting was "rehinged" (?) "5/10/72" (?). Perhaps this is the date of relining? The handwriting there is difficult to read.
When looking at the white highlights, it appears that some of the grime may lie beneath the varnish layer.
Framed dimensions are 21 1/4 x 25 x 2 inches
