Condition: Scattered small surface losses and shallow abrasions, minor wear to the edges of the board, slight bowing to the support.

Provenance: By descent in the family of the artist, to Skinner, Inc., Fine Paintings & Sculpture, auction 3455B, lot 71, to the current private collection.

The work was professionally cleaned, leading to the discovery of the initials in the lower right corner, previously hidden beneath grime.
