Lehigh County, Pennsylvania, Pocket Pistol, c. 1765-1780, 3 1/2 in., .44 caliber octagon-to-ring-to-round barrel with turned cannon barrel muzzle; unmarked single bridle flat lock plate with stepped tail; walnut stock with carved line decoration around the lock, side plate, and breech plug tang; brass furniture including a butt cap with line decoration and pointed front and back, French-style trigger guard with flame finial, and a triangular side plate, wood rammer with brass tip, overall lg. 7 1/2 in.

Iron toned to mottled gray with minor to moderate pitting, stock with small losses at top of lock mortice, above the side plate, and at rammer entry into stock.
