Condition: Scattered minor losses and accretions, craquelure, surface grime.
N.B. The location may be the High Bridge (originally the Aqueduct Bridge) over the Harlem River, New York City.

The painting does not appear to be varnished. Heavy impasto is intact.
Handwritten inscription on the reverse reads, "size of picture face side/9 x 11/99 sq. inches"
