Pencil on tracing paper mounted to paperboard, 12 3/8 x 13 1/8 in. (31.5 x 33.5 cm),unmatted, unframed.
Condition: Toning, mat burn to the edges of the sheet, brushstrokes of white pigment along the edges of the sheet and scattered dots of white pigment primarily to u.r. quadrant, scattered other minor accretions.
N.B. The lot is accompanied by a mounted copy of The Saturday Evening Post cover from June 11, 1955, that featured the finished illustration.
