2nd Ave. "El," 1933, edition of 75. Signed and dated "Mark Freeman '33" l.r., initialed "MF" in the plate l.l., titled and numbered "Ed. 75" l.l. Lithograph on paper, image size 10 1/8 x 14 1/4 in. (25.5 x 36.1 cm),matted, a frame accompanies the lot.
Condition: Small line of abrasion indented into the sheet within the image l.r. with retouch.

The sheet is a wove paper measuring 12 3/4 x 20 inches. The sheet is gently toned near the edges, and there are soiling marks within the margins (primarily to the upper). There are pencil annotations to the lower margin. The area of abrasion/retouch is about 3/8 inches.
