Rothschild Family Document Signed, London, U.K., 28 October 1836. Single-leaf document inscribed on both sides, Hannah de Rothschild grants power of attorney to Jacob J. Cohen, Benjamin J. Cohen, Philip J. Cohen, and David J. Cohen, signed l.l. by two clerks to N.M. Rothschild and Sons, l.r. has the signatures of Hannah de Rothschild, Lionel de Rothschild Anselm Salomon von Rothschild, and Benjamin Cohen; the reverse is notarized by Thomas S. Girdler, blind-stamped twice, and stamped once in black ink, (old folds, partial separation at folds and chipping),10 x 8 1/4 in.; with a clipped signature of Mayer Amschel Rothschild, dated 9 September 1803, 1 1/4 x 7 1/2 in.
