Unsigned, identified, attributed, and dated ".../by Mr. Paul/June 1832" in ink on the stretcher, identified also on a presentation plaque.
Oil on canvas, 17 1/4 x 13 5/8 in. (44.0 x 35.0 cm),in a period frame.
Condition: Lined, scattered minor retouch, fine craquelure.
Provenance: Ker Arvor, Newport, Rhode Island.
