English Delft Blue and White Wet Drug Jar, mid-18th century, probably Lambeth, the bulbous body inscribed "OXYM:SIMPLEX:" within a decorative cartouche supported by winged cherubs and a central shell, with a short cylindrical spout, strap handle and raised on a spreading circular foot, ht. 7 1/8 in.

Age typical glaze loss to handle and rims; allover crazing. Restoration to one side of the base.
