Gold, Colored Glass, and Gilt-silver Box, Pratapgarh, India, 19th century, square with convex sides, hinged cover, depicting a Buddhist tale on top in gold leaf over green glass, the sides decorated with arabesque patterns in repousse, gilt-silver interior, William Comyns Victorian London silver mark (c. 1888) on one side, 1 1/8 x 3 x 3 in.
