Blue and White Vase, China, possibly Qianlong period, zun-form with molded animal mask handles, the oval body decorated with three friezes of lotus scroll and wave design between a band of banana leaf lappets around the waisted neck and a band of lotus petal lappets around the splayed foot, the mouth with a wave design band, six-character Qianlong mark on base, ht. 10 1/4 in.
Provenance: From a private family collection in New York, inherited by the present owner.
