Three Pieces of Ephemera:Longhouse of the Lenapi of the Delawares, an undated drawing and a hand-colored print of the same subject, and XMAS CHEER, a hand-colored, printed Christmas card from 1934/35 with its postmarked envelope. Longhouse Drawing signed "...EWDeming" l.l., ink with whiting on cardboard, 4 1/2 x 4 1/2 in., with a handwritten greeting on a separate sheet inscribed ".../The Ekholm Tribe" pasted below; Longhouse Print with hand-coloring in watercolor on paper, sheet size 8 1/2 x 5 3/8 in.; XMAS CHEER signed "EW Deming" within the matrix, printed on tan cardstock with hand-coloring in watercolor, 4 3/16 x 5 5/8 in., with accompanying envelope addressed to Mr. AC Ekholm, Atlantic City, New Jersey. Condition: Longhouse works with toning and soiling.
