Inner Passion. Signed, dated, and numbered "SALLY HEPLER © 2003 2/15" on an underside edge near the base. Bronze with gold and dark brown finish, height approximately 27 inches, on a metal plinth. Condition: Multiple scuffs and scratches to the sculpture and the plinth.

N.B. Although part of a planned edition of 15, the work is unique, fabricated in the artist's studio from bronze sheets welded together rather than cast at a foundry. The artist operates her own metal fabrication shop in Santa Fe. We would like to thank Tim Owen of Owen Contemporary, Santa Fe, for his kind assistance cataloging this lot.
