Carved Cherry Chest-on-chest, Connecticut, late 18th century, the scrolled top above a thumb-molded central fan-carved drawer, two short drawers, and four graduated drawers, set into the lower section of three long graduated drawers on bracket base, replaced brasses and finials, refinished, ht. to top of scroll 79, lower case wd. 38, lower case dp. 18 1/2 in.

There are shrinkage cracks up the sides, replaced finials (although two of them might be old). The brasses have been replaced. There are spurs along the base (showing that the base has had some work done). Refinished.
