Condition: Drying cracks, canvas deformation.

N.B. There is a sketch of another village scene in oil on the reverse.

There are scattered pale accretions/spots of surface grime. There is a partial unidentified label affixed to the stretcher, and indistinct inscriptions on the stretcher.
