View from Valparola, Dolomites, Italy. Signed "Samuel Colman." l.r., faintly inscribed l.l., identified on a label from Kennedy Galleries, Inc., New York, affixed to the frame backing, and with a descriptive label in a period hand also affixed to the backing. Watercolor, crayon, and ink on paper, sight size 4 7/8 x 11 in., framed. Condition: Paper possibly abraded in the area of the inscription l.l., subtle rippling, not examined out of frame.
