After Adriaen van Ostade (Dutch, 1610-1685)
Two Framed Etchings:Le Paysan Accoudé sur le Bas de sa Porte, (c. 1672) Godefroy 9, IV/IV, an 18th century impression, signed in the plate c.l., identified in a handwritten note dated "1916" affixed to the frame backing paper, plate size approximately 4 1/16 x 3 1/2 in.; and Anonymous Tavern Scene in the Style of Adriaen van Ostade, inscribed "AV Ostade" in the plate l.l., plate size approximately 5 1/4 x 4 1/4 in. Condition: Tavern with toning and staining, Paysan with very pale stain to u.r. corner, not examined out of frames.
