Signed and inscribed "Ptd, by A.L. Powers/Springfield, Vt. June 24th, 1836" on the reverse.
Oil on canvas, 25 3/4 x 25 in., in a split-baluster frame.
Condition: Unlined, two punctures in upper half repaired with mattress ticking with associated inpainting, minor inpainting elsewhere.
