Coastal Scene. Signed or inscribed "Wm. T Richards" l.r. Watercolor on paper, sheet size 8 3/8 x 15 1/4 in., framed. Condition: Sheet laid down on paperboard support, which appears to be original.

Provenance: Potomack Company, Alexandria, Virginia, Live Auction, June 13, 2015, Lot 72.

N.B. The location of this scene is reminiscent of the Rhode Island coast.

Framed dimensions are 16 x 22 x 1 1/2 inches.
Supporting sheet with foxing on the reverse and abrasions from an earlier mounting on the margins of the front.
