N.B. Queen Wilhelmina of the Netherlands reigned from 1890-1948. She ascended to the throne when she was just ten years old, though her mother stood in as Regent until she reached maturity eight years later. Due to her successful business ventures, she is also considered the world's first female billionaire. Remembered as strong and outspoken monarch, Wilhelmina steered the country through WWII and was generally popular throughout her reign.
