Limited edition, copy number 10 of 2,500 with a print of the White House signed below by FDR in blue ink, large quarto, bound in publisher's textured leatherette stamped in gilt, with vivid color-printed title page, advertisements, portraits, and profiles, used as a fundraising tool for the Party; binding worn corners bumped and worn, with a printed invitation, to a buffet luncheon immediately after Roosevelt's January 20, 1937 inauguration ceremony, entrance ticket and response card made out to Mr. Laurence Morris; a printed invitation and entrance ticket for Mr. Laurence Morris to be received by the President and Mrs. Roosevelt at five o'clock, January 20, 1937; and a printed invitation and ticket to the Victory Dinner of the Democratic National Committee held at the Commodore Hotel, March 4, 1937, book 14 x 11 in.
