First edition, octavo, loose as issued with blue printed wrapper and black outer window wrapper, with three sheets of text, imprimatur leaf and twelve halftone plates printed on yellow sheets, with custom clamshell box, (upper right edges of window on black wrapper repaired, blue wrapper with some fading through window),10 x 6 3/8 in.
