18kt Gold, Enamel, and Pearl Chronograph Quarter-repeating Open-face Watch, Henry Sandoz, Switzerland, 18th/19th century, no. 1577, pearl-set rims with roman numeral porcelain dial marked "Henry Sandoz/Le Locle," with outer minute track, gold hands with inset diamonds, burgundy- and gilt-decorated case edge, polychrome guilloche- and enamel-decorated case back depicting a central parrot surrounded by clusters of flowers, movement regulator engraved "Henry Sandoz Locle Suisse," engraved gold working plate depicting a coat of arms, manual-wind, stem-set, stem-wind movement with dual gongs, chronograph activated by crown pusher, dia. 53 mm, 134g.
