Provenance: Descended in the family of Dr. Marshall Hertig, an internationally noted medical entomologist who conducted research on disease bearing insects at the Peking Union Medical College, from 1923-1928, his wife Edwina Smiley Hertig, and their son Bruce Allerton Hertig to the present owner.
Holes to reverse of blue and yellow sleeve bands, stain spots to cream sleeve bands and untrimmed fragments.
