Gouache on paper, 29 1/4 x 42 1/4 in. (74.5 x 107.5 cm), framed.
Condition: Small L-shaped tear (5/8 x 1/4 inch) at u.l. edge stabilized with tape on the reverse, minor creasing to corners, hinged to back mat at three places along the top edge of the reverse.

Framed dimensions are 35 1/4 x 47 1/4 x 1 1/4 inches.
At the u.l. edge, parallel to the L-shaped tear and slightly to the left, there is a small second tear (or crease with paint loss?) that measures perhaps 1/4 inch. No additional condition issues to report.
