Watercolor and Pen and Ink Marriage Fraktur for Elisabeth George, George Gottfried Burger, Westmorland County, Pennsylvania, dated "1829," the square central reserve with inscription surmounted by a cherub and vining hearts, flanked by angels, and above a tulip and pedestals topped by smaller vining hearts, (water staining to right edge, minor damage and stains elsewhere),14 3/4 x 12 in. (sight),in a molded and geometrically inlaid frame.

There is an area of paper restoration and associated in-painting along the upper 3 1/2 in. edge of the right edge of the sheet, there are several repaired paper splits mostly near the edges, a few areas of staining along the right edge of the sheet.
