Seven Framed Portrait Engravings By or After Thomas de Keyser, Wenzel Hollar, Félix Trézel, Jonas Suyderhoef, Abraham Santvoort, and Willem Hondius. Many identified within the plates. Engravings on paper, sight sizes to 12 1/2 x 14 5/8 in. Condition: Some with toning, staining, van Waardenburg trimmed to the oval, not examined out of frames.
N.B. Includes engraved portraits of Johannes Hoornbeek, Hugo Grotius, Nicolas Rockox, Georg von Ettenhard, Diederik van Waardenburg (Theodorus van Weerdenburg),a group portrait of four burgermeisters of Amsterdam informed of the arrival of Marie de Medici, as well as the English coat of arms.
