Miniature Silver Kazaridana Display Cabinet, Japan, Meiji period, multi-tiered, with four drawers, four doors, and open shelves in the center, decorated with maki-e lacquer panels to front and sides against an overall silver filigree ground, each lacquer panel with a bird and flower design in Shibayama inlay, nashiji shelves and interiors, a chased landscape to silver back, mark possibly reading "Shugetsu" on base, ht. 9, wd. 7 3/8, dp. 2 7/8 in.
