Condition: Lined, repair between the wagon wheels in l.l. quadrant, scattered stable craquelure.
Provenance: Robert Zeitlin, Boston; Skinner, Inc., American & European Paintings & Prints, September 7, 2001, Lot 232; to William Postar, Boston; through to the current Massachusetts collection.
N.B. The work was confirmed as an original Adolf Schreyer by Dr. Christoph Andreas at the time of the auction in 2001, and subsequently reconfirmed for the current auction.

With a partial label from Arthur Tooth (London) on the stretcher, and a label from Louvre Frame Company, New York City, on the back of the frame.
Framed dimensions are 30 1/2 x 45 1/4 x 2 inches.
