Vallauris Peinture et Lumière Xe Anniversaire, 1964, edition of 185 (Bloch, 1850; Czwiklitzer, 51). Signed "Picasso" in blue pencil l.r., signed and dated within the matrix, numbered "11/185" in pencil l.l. Color linocut on paper, image size 25 1/4 x 20 7/8 in. (63.8 x 53.0 cm),framed.
Condition: Full sheet with deckled edges, scattered fox marks (more visible on verso),soft horizontal crease beginning at right edge and disappearing approximately one-third of the way through the image, minor soiling to margins, cloth tape to very edges on verso.
Estimate $4,000-6,000
The sheet measures 30 x 24 7/8 inches. The cloth tape seems to have been applied to help support the deckles.
