The brown strip near the top of the first/main image on-line is a piece of brown paper tape which was stuck to the glass. It is not on the print and has been removed from the glass. Out of the frame the sheet measures 24 3/8 x 32 in. There is a drystamp Atelier Dumas, Inc., New York" l.l. The sheet is taped to its facing mat along each edge on the verso. It is inscribed "300.071" in pencil on verso. The frame is 33 x 39 3/4 x 1 1/2 in.
