Two Young & Sons Surveyor's Transits, no. 8377 and no. 7821, aluminum and brass instruments with 8 1/2- and 10-in. scopes, horizontal circles with verniers, engraved compass dials marked as above, mounted on four-screw adjustable bases, both housed in their original fitted boxes and accessories, no. 8377 with side-mount scope with box stenciled "Mines No. 5."
