Nathaniel Mulliken Butternut Tall Clock, Lexington, Massachusetts, c. 1765, sarcophagus-top hood above the tapered freestanding columns, composite brass roman numeral dial with matted center, running seconds and date aperture, pierced steel hands, strike/silent in the arch, and name boss engraved "Nat. Mulliken/Lexington," beaded edge tombstone-top door, all resting on a simple stepped molded base, eight-day time and hour-strike movement, regulated by two brass-cased weights and a brass-faced pendulum, ht. 85 in.
