Dennis July 20, 1871," key-wind, key-set movement no. 404485, housed in a silveroid case with link chain, dia. 57 mm.
Note: There was a Richard Dennis who was a Medal of Honor recipient and served on the USS Brooklyn in Mobile Bay during the Civil War as a Boatswain's mate on August 5, 1864.
