Pair of Bright-cut Silver Sugar Tongs, Samuel Drowne II, Portsmouth, New Hampshire, late 18th century, with shell pinchers, the back engraved "JNP" with in an oval cartouche, the inside of the tong marked with the Drowne's incomplete stamp, lg. 6 3/8 in., approx. 1.5 troy oz.
