Joab Hapgood Fowler and Shotgun, c. mid-19th century, .69 bore, walnut half stock with brass fittings, lock marked back lock "J. HAPGOOD," barrel marked "J. HAPGOOD SHREWSBURY," barrel lg. 30 3/8; the 12 gauge shotgun marked on the lock "Hapgood," and on the top of the barrels "Hapgood Boston."

Stocks have some dings and nicks, fowler has some loss near the lock and where it meets the barrel, fowler functions but spring is weak, and the shotgun functions properly.
