John Burt Silver Pepper Pot, Boston, c. 1720, the pierced lid with turned finial on an octagonal body with scrolling handle, the base engraved with date "EC/to/SC/1720" with "JOHN/BURT" in a sunken cartouche, ht. 4 in., approx. 2.4 troy oz.
