Large Edward Webb Silver Porringer, Boston, c. 1710, the openwork handle engraved "B/AM," "EW" touchmarks on the back of the handle and bottom of the bowl, dia. 5 3/4 in., approx. 7.1 troy oz.
Provenance: The Silver Shelf, Ardmore Pennsylvania, 1972.

Silver solder repair to outer edge of foot, possible engraving removal just above the same area (unobtrusive, silver slightly weaker). Engraving to handle appears to be above a previous monogram.
