George II Walnut and Walnut-veneered Tall Clock, Monmouth, c. 1750, swan's-neck hood with three giltwood finials, cast and engraved brass dial with roman numeral marked "John Morgan Monmouth," tombstone-shaped waist door, stepped molded base, bracket feet, ht. 92 1/2 in.

Mechanism is not guaranteed operable. Weights and pendulum present. The nut that positions the pendulum is missing. Age cracks and minor losses to veneer. Finials with chips to gesso and gilding losses. Waist door slightly out of alignment.
