Christ Among the Doctors, from The Life of the Virgin, 1511, later impression without text verso (Hollstein, 203c/c; Meder, 203f/g). Monogrammed within the block. Woodcut on paper, image size 11 3/4 x 8 1/4 in. (29.4 x 20.5 cm),framed.
Condition: Margins of at least 1/8 inch outside of the borderline, gentle rippling, pale overall foxing, not examined out of frame.

Sheet size 12 x 8 1/2 inches, framed dimensions 21 1/2 x 17 1/2 inches. Two woven tape hinges to upper margin on verso, fold to the right edge, adhesive residue to l.r. corner, previous tape to u.r. edge likely to stabilize fold, horizontal creasing bisecting the work at center, foxing to verso, pale "B" in ink u.l., indistinct inscription in ink "B..." l.l., minute tear to c.r. edge.
