Makoto Yabe (1947-2005) Studio Pottery Sake Bottle and Two Cups, Massachusetts, late 20th century, a traditional bottle shape with copper-red and gray glazes, impressed maker's mark, ht. 5 1/2; and two porcelain cups: one with matte black glaze, impressed maker's mark, ht. 2, the other with splashes of copper-red glaze, inked maker's mark, ht. 1 1/2 in.
