Humphreys, Printer, 1809; second American edition, illustrated with eleven engraved plates extraneous to collation, octavo, an untrimmed copy with publisher's ads, in marbled paper boards, rebacked in paper, ex libris Joshua Ward Jr., with his signature, with the bookplate of the Essex Institute to which it was presented by a Miss M. Ward, with a release stamp dated 1967, 8 x 4 1/2 in.; [and] Anatomical Description of the Arteries of the Human Body, Boston: Printed by Thomas B. Wait & Co., 1813, ed. John Collins Warren; illus. Albrecht von Haller; with contributions by Josiah Foster Flagg and Xavier Bichat; first American edition, with fifteen hand-colored woodcut illustrations, some folding, with some spotting to contents, bound in later half-calf with marbled paper boards, 8 1/2 x 5 in.
