Manuscript on Parchment, Grant of Nobility, Spain, 1776. Eighteen parchment leaves, small folio format manuscript with elaborate hand-painted title and an additional four large coats of arms related to the families: Zarra, Echavarria, Aldecoa, and Lizerazu; with illuminated initials, each leaf ruled in red, signed by Ramon Zazo y Ortega and others, each leaf initialed at the bottom; staining to bottoms of most leaves, sewing perished, decased from its original gold-tooled red morocco boards, some silk interleaves still present, lacking endleaves, 11 3/4 x 8 in.
