Unsigned, sitter identified on old labels on the back.
Pastel on laid paper, 24 x 18 in., in original molded and black-painted frame.
Condition: Minor surface abrasions in background, some wrinkling to paper.
Provenance: Nathan Liverant & Son, Colchester, Connecticut.
Note: Also included with the portrait are eleven letters regarding her father, Enoch Burrows, and husband, Elias Brown, her son Charles, and his sister.
