Artillery Shell Jacket and Brass Shoulder Scales, c. 1861-65, blue twill woven cloth, red herringbone twill tape around the borders of the jacket, cuffs, and collar, cuff-size general service buttons, lined with jean cloth (wear),muslin sleeve lining with inspector's marks and size 4, and brass shoulder scales.
